1. はじめに

SoulfulSoft(Soulfulz.com)（以下、「当方」）は、提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション（以下、「スマホアプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

2. 収集する情報と利用目的

当方は、本アプリの運営において以下の情報を収集・利用することがあります。

• お問い合わせに関する情報: ユーザーからのお問い合わせ時に提供される氏名、メールアドレス等の情報は、回答および本人確認のために利用します。
• 本アプリの使用状況: サービスの改善および不具合修正のため、個人を特定しない範囲で統計的な利用情報を収集することがあります。

3. データの保存と管理

アプリで入力されたデータおよびアプリ設定等は、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

ただし、端末の紛失や機種変更時のデータ保護を目的として、Google社が提供する「Android標準バックアップ機能（Auto Backup）」を利用します。

• データの保護: バックアップデータはGoogle社の管理する専用のクラウド領域に保存されます。
• 開発者のアクセス制限: これらのデータは高度に暗号化されており、当方を含む第三者がその内容を閲覧、編集、補完、または復旧することは一切できません。
• 設定の管理: バックアップの実行可否は、ユーザー自身が端末のOS設定（Googleアカウントのバックアップ設定）からいつでも管理することが可能です。
• 同期および復元に関する事項: アプリは複数の端末間でのリアルタイムなデータ同期機能を有しておりません。ただし、支援による機能拡張等の購入情報は、Google Playストアの購入履歴に基づき、同一のGoogleアカウントを使用する端末間で復元・共有することが可能です。その他のアプリ内設定等は、各端末のローカル領域およびバックアップデータとして個別に管理されます。

4. 第三者提供の禁止

当方は、収集した個人情報を適切に管理し、次の場合を除き第三者に開示することはありません。

決済について: アプリ内課金を利用する場合、決済処理はGoogle等の第三者プラットフォーム（Google Play）を介して行われ、当方がクレジットカード情報等を直接保持することはありません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

データのバックアップおよび復元はGoogle社の提供するサービスに依存します。ユーザーによるバックアップ設定の無効化、またはGoogle社のサービス不具合等に起因するデータの消失について、当方はデータの復旧および一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

また、複数端末での利用において、バックアップのタイミング等によりデータや課金・寄付回数に差異が生じた場合についても、当方はデータの補完や修正等の責任を負わないものとします。

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。

1. Introduction

SoulfulSoft (Soulfulz.com) (hereinafter referred to as "we") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the smartphone application (hereinafter referred to as "the smartphone application") that we provide.

2. Information Collected and Purpose of Use

We may collect and use the following information in the operation of this application.

• Information regarding inquiries: Information such as name and email address provided when users make inquiries will be used for responding and verifying identity.
• Usage status of this application: Statistical usage information may be collected in a way that does not identify individuals in order to improve the service and fix bugs.

3. Data Storage and Management

Data entered in the app and app settings are, in principle, saved on the user's device. They are not sent to or saved on our servers.

However, for the purpose of protecting data in case of device loss or device change, we use Google's "Android standard backup function (Auto Backup)."

• Data Protection: Backup data is stored in a dedicated cloud area managed by Google.
• Developer Access Restrictions: This data is highly encrypted, and no third party, including us, can view, edit, supplement, or recover its contents.
• Setting Management: Users can manage whether or not backups are performed at any time from their device's OS settings (Google account backup settings).
• Sync and Restore Matters: The app does not have a real-time data synchronization function between multiple devices. However, purchase information for feature enhancements and other support-based purchases can be restored and shared between devices using the same Google account, based on your Google Play Store purchase history. Other in-app settings are managed individually as local storage and backup data on each device.

  4. Prohibition of Third-Party Disclosure

  We will appropriately manage the personal information we collect and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases.

  Regarding payment: When using in-app purchases, payment processing is carried out through third-party platforms such as Google (Google Play), and we do not directly hold credit card information, etc.

  5. Disclaimer

  We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of this application.

  Data backup and restoration depend on services provided by Google. Please note that we cannot recover data or assume any responsibility for data loss due to the user disabling backup settings or malfunctions of Google's services.

  Furthermore, in the event of discrepancies in data or the number of charges/donations due to backup timing, etc., when using multiple devices, we will not be held responsible for data supplementation or correction.
